EBI is a conversational, non-confrontational, research-based interview philosophy. It is designed to gain accurate and actionable information from an individual.
The EBI process is predicated on the individual’s personality. The goal is to keep the person engaged to induce instrumental problem solving and increase information exchange with the interviewer.
